PJI Training Services
PJI’s group seminars have been attended by more than three million people in the Americas, Europe and Asia. The focus of these seminars is practical and results-oriented. We not only teach you the theories behind various methods and techniques, we show you how to apply them to your facility to make them work for you.
Long noted for making complicated, sophisticated, high-tech quality and productivity improvement strategies accessible to workers at all levels, PJI’s staff excels in presenting material in an entertaining and stimulating manner. You will learn the material and at the same time enjoy the experience.
On-Site Seminars
PJI seminars can also be conducted at your facility. This arrangement can offer several advantages, including meeting special scheduling needs and savings on participant travel.
Seminar Locations & Hotel Accommodations
PJI offers public training seminars in more than 80 cities worldwide and in seven different languages: English, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, German and Italian.
For your comfort and pleasure, our public seminars are usually held in fine hotels and offer exceptional conference facilities. Seminars held in Troy, Michigan, home of our world headquarters, are conducted at PJI’s own facilities, located just 40 minutes from Detroit’s Metropolitan Airport. Reduced room rates are available at the Somerset Inn or the Candlewood Suites for PJI seminar attendees.
Group Discounts
Group discounts and contractual agreements for multiple participants or multiple seminar dates are available. An income tax deduction is also allowed for educational expenses undertaken to maintain and improve professional skills, including registration fees, travel, meals and lodging. (Treasury Regulation: 1.162-5; Coughlin v. Commissioner, 203 F.2d 307).
Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
Many of our seminars offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Individuals can use their CEUs to supply employers with information on education and training, and to provide documentation to registration boards, certification bodies and professional societies. Upon successfully completing a PJI seminar, participants will receive a certificate of accomplishment which will note CEUs awarded.
Cancellations
Under PJI’s cancellation policy, a full tuition refund is issued if written notice of cancellation is received at least 10 working days before the seminar start date. After that, the paid tuition may be applied to a future PJI seminar. PJI is not responsible for travel costs resulting from client cancellations.
PJI is not responsible for any costs incurred by the participant as a result of cancelled seminars.
